The Practice

A three-layer model for leaders navigating structural pressure

Threshold is not a generic leadership framework. It is a structured practice for leaders, teams, and organizations that have reached the point where old methods produce unreliable results.

Layer 1: Staying Human

Individual Steadiness Nervous system regulation, attention hygiene, equanimity under pressure, disciplined self-talk, grief and uncertainty practices. Nothing else works until this layer is addressed.

Layer 2: Shared Orientation

Collective Sense-Making Signal detection, scenario framing, trust architecture, common language, constituency mapping, leadership communication in ambiguity. Teams need a shared map before they can move together.

Layer 3: Intervention Design

Practical Action Decision tools, governance structures, feedback integrity, change pilots, response planning by phase. Action that is grounded, sequenced, and measurable.
